Confidence and purpose in learning
At Journey Microschool, we believe education should empower students. We focus on building confidence and a sense of purpose in learning, so every child feels capable, motivated, and engaged. It's more than just completing assignments; it's about understanding the why, connecting with peers, and developing lifelong skills. Journey Microschool will open in July 2026 with a full curriculum option for students ages 10-18.
Is journey microschool right for your child?
We offer a unique learning environment for students who don’t fit the “one-size-fits-all” approach of public school but want something different than traditional homeschooling. Our program blends structured curriculum, hands-on projects, and small-group support to foster autonomy, engagement, and meaningful ownership of learning. Students don’t just meet requirements—they grow, thrive, and develop a passion for learning while building the skills to shape their own futures.
Inclusive
Every student is welcomed and valued. We celebrate different strengths, learning styles, and interests, creating a supportive environment where all students can participate, contribute, and succeed.
Collaborative
Students learn and grow together through hands-on projects, group problem-solving, and shared experiences that build teamwork, communication, and a sense of community.
Flexible
Our programs adapt to each student’s pace, interests, and learning style, offering pathways that meet families where they are while supporting growth and engagement.
